The Love Quilt Project
The Love Quilt Project provides funds for education for South African and American children living in foster care. Growing up in foster care is challenging, and many of our children have experienced some form of abuse and/or neglect and often carry scars that need therapeutic intervention. This adds to their difficulty to focus in the classroom, so they need a lot of support to remain in school.
Your financial contributions go towards educational needs such as tutoring, transportation, tuition, activities, and counseling. We also provide the emotional support tool of a beautiful handmade quilt filled with messages of love that are created by children to help these children in need.
THE BANDANNA COMPANY
The Bandanna Company: Some of America’s most iconic pictures feature bandannas. From Rosie the Riveter to the classic American cowboy, these simple, square pieces of fabric have become an American symbol.
Based in Greenville, SC, The Bandanna Company has continued to evolve through the years, with a variety of bandanna colors and patterns emerging from hot pinks to licensed prints, covering the fashion spectrum. Since our predecessor’s founding in 1946 to today, bandannas are as fashionable as they are useful, with a range of uses from campy necessity to decorative headscarf.
